Through the delivery of the RSAS Training Strategy Project, NESA will deliver one face to face local RSAS forums in each of the 77 RSAS locations. The local forums will be developed in direct consultation with RSAS Providers ensuring that the forum reflects the requirements of each RSAS provider and their RSAS staff members.

To support the delivery of local RSAS forums NESA has developed a national team of industry trainers who have been selected from all over Australia who have previous experience delivering training support to remote communities.

To set up a local forum, NESA work close with providers and PMC on the ground to ensure that program is tailored to the needs of the community.  Our team conduct several pre-departure meetings to connect our trainers with the key contacts on the ground, and to ensure that sessions deliver the right content, at the right time to support teams.
